THE COTTAGES AT PRESCOTT LAKES

Profile: A Serene, gated community of 216 single level cottage style homes that straddles a broad ridge in the master planned community of Prescott Lakes. The community site plan allows for multiple cul-de-sac locations and a traditional neighborhood feel. Individual lots have been appointed with conforming, low maintenance landscaping. Some of the neighborhood lots have enclosed back yards and some open to common areas. Many of the homes feature panoramic Golf Course Views along the 10th and 11th holes of the Hale Irwin designed course. Granite Dells, San Francisco Peaks and Granite Mountain are the show pieces of other view homes. This means that there are basically three types of lots in this community: "Neighborhood" lots, "View" lots, and "Golf Course" lots. There are multiple floor plans built on each type of lot.
Home Specifics: The homes were constructed by Del Webb between 2000 and 2004. Multiple floor plans range in size from approximately 1400 to 2000 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car garage and often a separate den and covered back patio. Individual taste dictates the finishes and options in each home.
Home Owner Association: Governed by a Home Owners Association, fees include Prescott Lakes master fees, membership in the athletic club, gate maintenance and common area upkeep. The fees currently are approximately $166 per month.
Pricing: All homes available are resale homes. Depending on size, lot location, view, features, floor plans and other conditions, market asking prices are currently in the low $200,000 to mid $300,000 range.
