Profile: A Serene, Gated Community of 216 single level cottage style homes that straddles a broad ridge in the master planned community of Prescott Lakes. The community site plan allows for multiple cul-de-sac locations and a traditional neighborhood feel. Individual lots have been appointed with conforming, low maintenance landscaping. Some of the neighborhood lots have enclosed back yards, some open to common area. Home Specifics: The homes were constructed between 2000 and 2004. Multiple floor plans range in size from approximately 1400 to 2000 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car garage and often a separate den and covered back patio. Individual taste dictates the finishes and options in each home.
Home Owner Association: Governed by a Home Owners Association, fees include Prescott Lakes master fees, membership in the 14,000 square foot athletic club, gate maintenance and common area upkeep. The fees currently are $160 per week.
Pricing: All homes available are resale homes. Depending on size, lot location, view, features, floor plans and other conditions, market asking prices are currently in the mid $200,000 to upper $300,000 range.
